We view it as an effective communication tool, it is foreseen to play a very crucial role in giving supervisor a simply and effective tool for the objective of improved performance. We will rely on timely and accurate input that is shared with the employee. Such input will prompt us to reward, coach, re-assign tasks or implement other necessary action.
