We eliminate knee jerk hiring and effectively address the short and long-term staffing requirements to achieve your goals and objectives. We know what the clubs staffing needs are by season. We work with your team to develop a process to systematically staff the club with the right team members at the right time to support your club mission and vision.
- New Hire Orientations - Orientation Tools to start your new team members the right way. Our Team Builder software is internet based and designed to properly on-board new hires to reflect your club culture in an millennial engaging presentation. The hosting fee is included in the program.
- Coaching and Training - Train-the-Trainer development of goals, training manuals and appropriate training modules. Effective training improves service levels and employee engagement by instilling confidence and consistency in their performance. Training is provided on-site, at regular intervals, as part of the program. Travel expense would be billed separately.
- Performance Management - Internet based performance evaluations, tied to the goals and objectives we develop for your team, to provide timely and relevant feedback. We believe what gets measured gets managed.
- Building Sustainability - Development of a WOW program to reward staff performance and recognize success! Your team is a reflection of the feedback you provide. Getting the process right is the start, but success is measured in sustainability. To ensure that your short term success begets long term results we develop a program that encourages feedback to drive future performance.
